MY PROCESS
ONBOARDING
I take anywhere from 3 to 4 days to create the plans and start coaching. Once I deliver all the coaching tenure, to clarify all your doubts that you might have regarding the plans.
QUESTIONNAIRE
I will send you a detailed client questionnaire once the payment is done to better understand your lifestyle, goals, health, problems, dieting history, etc.
The plan will be created in accordance with your goals, lifestyle, current fitness level, food preference, health markers, sleep, stress markers, etc. I will ask further questions if needed to understand and create a customized plan for you and as per your goals.



MORE ABOUT MY COACHING STYLE:
I don't believe in inculcating unnecessary, useless and waste of money supplements in my client's programs.
I don't believe in inculcating fancy foods that you don't even enjoy or removing every food which you like.
I try to install permanent changes in the lifestyle and eating habits of my clients for long-term and sustainable changes.
I love to answer and explain each and every question you may have so that you understand and trust the process.
